As a TLB member, there is never an age restriction, deductible, monthly limit, claims forms, limit on use, waiting period or medical approval questionnaires (excluding the association benefits in The Guardian Plan).Our services and nationally negotiated prices are available to anyone actively enrolled.

Benefits of Your Guardian Plan
Full family accident coverage. Pays part of the expenses you are charged by a hospital, doctor, or certain other charges, up to a maximum of the amount listed if you are injured in a covered accident. $5,000 accidental expense reimbursement with a $250 deductible. $15,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Full family accident coverage. Pays the beneficiary up to the benefit amount listed for the member’s death or loss of certain body parts in a covered accident or $15,000 for the accidental death of a family member.
